Vinas Queirolo Ica
Ica, a 5-hour ride from Lima and the destination where the ‘Limenos’ head to during the wintertime, not only for the sunny weather but also for the great experience that this hotel offers. The charming main house is surrounded by a vineyard which is one of the sources of the different wine and pisco grape varieties from the local Queirolo brand.
Although Peruvian wines are not able to fully match up to the neighboring Argentinean and Chilean wines, the fact that the hotel offers a complimentary wine and Pisco tasting will give you the opportunity to judge this for yourself.
Many of our guests who stay one night at the beginning of their trip wished they could have rather reserved 2 at this beautiful property at the end of their journey to relax before taking their trip back home.
The cuisine is outstanding and the prices are quite reasonable, even if you consider adding the wine pairings.
This property is ‘family-friendly’, with its 3 pools and a well-stocked bar.
Guests are able to take their flight over the Nasca Lines from Ica airport (instead of driving to Nasca).
Each room is spacious and tastefully decorated, though our favorites are those which overlook the vineyard.
