After returning to Misminay you will be welcomed by the friendly ladies of the community.
Next, try your hand at making some delicious Peruvian spicy salsa. Together with the ladies of Misminay you will roll up your sleeves and grind chili and herbs on a huge mortar. After mixing up all the ingredients you will have your homemade Uchucuta salsa ready to taste! Your hard work is rewarded by a delicious three-course lunch, personally prepared for you by the families of the community with naturally cultivated ingredients from their farmlands. Take in the phenomenal views of the snow-capped mountains of the Sacred Valley as you enjoy your traditional meal and exchange stories with the locals.
Your eventful day ends with a transfer to your hotel in the Sacred Valley for the evening.

What seems like a simple café on the train tracks of Ollantaytambo is really a Peruvian hidden gem. After a mouthwatering cup of joe, Café Mayu’s master roasters will teach you all there is to know about the origin of the beans, the coffee production, and the roasting process. You will learn various techniques of how to make delicious coffee at home before trying your hand at roasting coffee beans. To help you remember this unique experience (and of course show off your newly acquired roasting skills), you will get a bag of your own roasted coffee to enjoy back home!
Board the train at noon which takes you through the Sacred Valley of the Incas up to Machu Picchu.
Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes you will be greeted by your guide who will assist you onto the shuttle bus to the entrance of the citadel. Today, you'll head to the Argentine side of Iguazu National Park for a day tour. This side of the park covers an area of 550 km² and is home to about 80% of the falls. You'll enjoy a walk along the upper and lower trails, starting with the lower circuit (1400m), which has balconies offering stunning bottom-up views of the falls (the same ones you see from above in the upper circuit). The superior circuit is about 650 m long and has a low degree of difficulty, with six viewpoints offering panoramic views of the falls.
Between the two circuits, you'll find the station to board the ecological train that will take you to the final station, The Devil's Throat. At this point, a bridge (2200 m roundtrip) leads out over the Iguazu River and small islands, ending at the mighty Devil's Throat, which is 150 m (490 ft) wide and the tallest of all the falls, with a height of 82 m (270 ft). The bridge goes right out to the head of the falls, so be prepared for plenty of spray.
Note that the upper circuit has a low degree of difficulty and ramps, making it suitable for handicapped visitors. The lower circuit requires more physical effort due to its stairs. If you have any physical impairment, we recommend avoiding the last section of this circuit.
Today, you'll enjoy a half-day tour to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu National Park. You'll wander along the 'Cataratas trail' (distance 1.5 km/1 mile) and enjoy panoramic views of the falls, one of the most beautiful natural landmarks in all of South America. At the end of the trail, a catwalk will provide breathtaking views of the tallest waterfall, the 'Devils' Throat'. The tour ends at the top of the falls, accessed through a panoramic elevator.
