Design & Visual Content Coordinator

Setours scales again after the long pandemic. Our new web site has been recently launched. As we continue to evolve, we are now seeking a dedicated colleague to join our team and ensure that UX/UI remain consistent (internally and with our clients).

We need your help with UI design to produce high quality, relevant, trend-setting creative pieces across Setours product ecosystem (our web site, presentations, docs, Knowledge Graph, Social Media, newsletter, printed material and partners (see our WP HERO section and our WP Collection of Experiences).

You will be responsible for setting the overall Creative Strategy and Direction for content in our ecosystem and its alignment.

Your job is to ensure that everything you design is visually pleasing - but, most importantly, user-friendly and transmitting a clear and concise message.

You work cross functional with Product, Sales and Operations to devise, design and deliver creative content that showcases the very best of Setours’ travel experiences.

• You will have a finger on the pulse on creative, digital, social and technological trends, and share that knowledge internally
• In partnership with our Sales and Product team you identify needs and preferences of our User Personas and eventually trends
• With the first two inputs you work on a Visual Content Strategy
• You own its development, implementation and continual optimization.
• You wrap up the priorities set with cross-functional teams and are responsible to deliver UI beautifully designed pieces as complement to UX content for a great UX experience and sharing aspirational content with our users/team members
• In the introductory stage your designs will require approval. Mid-term goal is to work autonomously.
• You will be responsible for the Content’s programming calendar.
• Last quality control (e.g responsive design) before content upload/use
• Development of our style guide and its internal communication
• Promote content sustainability, diversity, authenticity and stay consistent with the Wanderful Purpose mission.
• Administration of our Photo Library

• You are an expert on design culture and trends with a global perspective
• You have previous experience in curation of Digital Media and Creative Content
• Have a keen eye for what makes great design (UI and UX knowledge)
• You achieve tasks efficiently and at high quality
• Desire/ability to work autonomously
• Good command of English
