Welcome to Chile! Upon arrival, you will get picked up at the airport in Santiago and transferred to your hotel.
After breakfast, you start your journey to the historic port and UNESCO World Heritage of Valparaiso and the Casablanca Valley. Situated on the coastal plain between Santiago and Valparaiso, Casablanca is Chile’s fastest growing wine region. Soil and climate favor the production of top quality Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
For those who do not like to spot steel tanks on the production site of a vineyard, then Emiliana winery, in the Casablanca Valley, is the best choice. The tours instead of focusing in the wine making process showcase their organic efforts and the notable abundance and variety of flora and fauna within their ‘monoculture’ vineyards. Emiliana was established in the late 1990s, with lauded winemaker Alvaro Espinoza leading the winemaking and converting the conventional Chilean estate into a world leader in organics, famous across the world for their high-quality, sustainable, organic wines.

Enjoy a wine tasting and experience 4 different organic wines before a deliciously prepared 3-course menu, accompanied by various high-quality wines.

For tonight you will enjoy dinner at Maralegre. In the middle of UNESCO world heritage site, Valparaiso, everything is just a short skip away, cafés, small galleries and boutiques. Perched on Valparaiso’s Cerro Verde Hill you also find 'Casa Higueras', a 1920 Victorian mansion turned boutique hotel with real character. Its cozy Maralegre restaurant features outdoor tables with spectacular views over the bay and the colorful hills especially during the summer (December – March). The bistro-like restaurant (it seats up to 16) offers contemporary cuisine with a special emphasis on seafood.

Dinner (A la carte) includes starter, main course and dessert, alcoholic welcome drink or glass of wine, bottle of mineral water or juice.
