Take a journey through the beautiful Montes Vineyard with stunning views over the valley in today's 1.5-hour private wine tasting tour. Visit the mystical winery where Montes vinifies their premium and ultra-premium wines as well as sample 4 of their signature wines coupled with a nut board. Then, make your way through the barrel room and ultimately to the wine boutique and souvenir shop where you can get some of their delicious wines to take home and share.
Enjoy then a delectable 3-course lunch at the Fuegos de Apalta. Surrounded by the grapevines at the heart of the Montes Estate is the first restaurant of the world-renowned chef, Francis Mallmann in Chile. The restaurant’s cuisine features meat, fish and vegetables prepared with different types of open-flames in the specially designed dome located in the center of the restaurant, where you will be able to see how the ingredients are grilled, smoked, and baked in preparation for the dishes listed on the menu.
Prepare yourself for a 4-day stay at the Futangue hotel, located in the middle of the unforgettable lake circuit that runs from Pucón to Puerto Varas. This 16-room hotel opened its doors in late 2018 and serves as the heart of an adventure-filled stay in a 13,500-hectare private reserve, far removed from the mainstream tourist trail and the possibility of encountering large groups. Given the extent of this private reserve and the diversity of its landscape, attractions include untouched green lagoons, native forests, mountains and a network of hiking trails that span over 100km. The hotel itself has been delicately decorated with the local traditions in mind, incorporating indigenous weaves, colorful textiles and objects belonging to the Mapuche culture. Set in a traditional house in Bellavista Meson Nerudiano has also a charming patio surrounded by trees a nice place for a meal in Santiago’s summer.
Then, you will be transferred to the airport to take your international flight back home.
