Flexible Booking Policy

In order to provide carefree travel planning to our guests, we have adjusted our booking policies. For trips booked with travel dates up to 23rd December 2022 the following conditions will apply:

Payments Only 30 Days Prior to Date of Travel

We are committed to giving you peace of mind and added flexibility during the planning stages of your journey so that you only need to focus on sharing your preferences with us. Our long-standing relationship with hotels and a wealth of providers allows us to negotiate the most flexible conditions for you.  

Low Deposits

Our flexible booking policy allows you to reserve your trip and only requires a 20% deposit for land services after confirmation.

In the case of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g. Covid-19) we will negotiate with our long-standing partners and try mitigate the penalty required by each.

Please note that commercial airline payments, cruises, and train companies are subject to their own payment policies and these might require ‘individual’ deposits. These deposits will be communicated to you by your travel designer at the time of booking.

What if I have to change plans up to 30 days before my trip?

If you decide to postpone your trip to another date, we’ll issue a credit voucher for the total amount you have paid.

In the case that you have to cancel your trip, we will refund the total amount paid less an administration cost of USD 250 per person.

What happens 29 days prior travel date?

Once you have paid, we will cover a number of supplier costs in anticipation of your arrival; the non-recoverable costs. These can include flights, entrance fees, and permits.

Should you no longer wish to or be able to travel, there will be a sliding scale concerning the total that we have already committed to and paid for. Therefore, the amount charged will depend on how close to the departure date the cancellation/date change takes place.

As a general rule, the closer to the departure date, the more we will have committed to and the less you will receive as a credit voucher.


A small number of hotels and cruises have different terms and conditions. Your travel designer will make you aware of these exceptions at the time of booking. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis and negotiated with the hotel/cruise.

For parties requiring more than 4 rooms, different terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

All other full terms and booking conditions remain unchanged.
