Dear Keyla, Well, here we are back in Michigan (with a snow storm!) with wonderful memories of our fantastic trip to Peru! I think we can say that everything about it was more wonderful than even we expected. What an amazing country Peru is! The mountains, scenery, people, ancient cites.... The Manager Setours Lima I am writing to pass to one of your staff a compliment and also congratulate her on a job well done. I had previously booked a tour through your company and was satisfied with the experience and thus when we decided to come to the IntiRaymi I also made contact to use your company for my arrangements as well as a period of time in the Amazon. I would like to commend Delia (Chinchercoma) on the professionalism and the helpfulness she displayed in dealing with us and our needs in Cusco in during our stay. I was very surprised to find out just prior to being left by Delia at the airport that she was not a regular guide and in fact more worked in the office of the company. The reason she was doing the job on the particular weekend was because of the high demand and number of visitors. Due to the professionalism and the extremely pleasant manner she displayed I would imagine that it will not be long before she is used on a more permanent basis as a guide. I would say she would have been as good if not better that the person (can't remember the name) we had on our previous trip to Cusco and the surroundings. They loved it, they loved their hotels, the guides were always there, always helpful, extremely knowledgeable, they said they felt like visiting royalty, they were being so well taken care of.
